Over the course of my eleven-year career I've produced and managed a myriad of projects ranging from traditional and digital advertising campaigns to highly technical international mobile apps. I've been on the agency-side and the client-side. I've worked with big brands and boutique brands. I've managed people, resources, schedules and budgets. I've tackled big strategic thinking and the fine details.

And here's what I've learned...
I've learned which battles are worth fighting and when it's better to let it go. I've learned when, how, what and with whom information is to be shared and communicated. I've learned that staying calm and solution-oriented saves everyone a whole lot of time and energy. Finally, I've learned that every single project, no matter the size, must be passed through the lens of brand integrity and consistency. Staying true to the brand while achieving the objective is paramount. And what exactly is the objective? If you're doing it right (IMHO), you're connecting emotionally with your audience to a degree that you garner trust and initiate action. There are two questions that continue to guide my work: 1) What do you want your audience to do next? 2) Why should they care?

That's me scratching the surface...
Take a look at my resume and, if you want to connect, shoot me an email or give me a call. I'd love to chat and learn more about how I can add value to your team.

Thanks,
Shannon
